Marie's Rules: The Approved List

THE APPROVED LIST
I try to eat things only on my approved food list.

Drinks
Ice Tea
Coffee, filtered, black
Coffee, Cafe Americano with whole milk and splenda
Lime juice with soda and stevia powder
Occasionally diet coke and other diet drinks
Homemade fruit sorbet with diet 7-up or champagne
Red wine, white wine, champagne (3 to 5 times a week)
Scotch, martinis (very infrequently)

Rotisserie chicken (sans skin)
Grilled tuna or salmon

One percent milk (for cereal only)
